How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel is final sale.

How do I determine my correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as our contemporary fit may differ from other brands.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes, Bird&Be is committed to ethical fashion. 80% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or Tencel™ to minimize our environmental footprint.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we process orders quickly, you have a 60-minute window to request changes or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to modify the order before shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping fees and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
