At Bird&Be, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your fashion journey is as seamless and stylish as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
